Timothy James Carr, of Portsmouth, RI, formerly of Gloucester Township, NJ, passed away November 27, 2020, at the age of forty years. Beloved son of James Albert Carr (Cathy) of Cape Coral, FL and the late Deborah Carr (nee Marrow). Dear brother of the late George Massey, Missy Hartigan (Gary), Brandy Carr (Zach), the late James Carr, Jr., Christina Carr, and Henry Bebb. Treasured grandson of Alice Carr (the late Raymond Carr, Jr.) of Gloucester Township, NJ. Loving nephew of David Carr (Lucy), the late Diane Colby, Robert Carr, Raymond Carr (Debi), and Marianne Carle (Joe). Tim is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and their families. Tim graduated from Highland High School in 1998. He served in the United States Navy for five years and was a veteran of the Iraq War. He worked at the US Naval War College in Newport, RI. Tim loved working and was very dedicated to his job. He enjoyed golfing and visiting Vegas and Florida with his family.
