Norman A. Sees of Clifton, NJ, passed away August 15, 2020 at the age of 73 years. Loving son of the late James D. Sees, Sr. and the late Henrika Sees (nee Padmos). Devoted husband of Lucille Sees (nee Rasa). Beloved father of Norman P. Sees of Clifton, NJ and Julieanne P. Sees of Clifton, NJ. Dear brother of the late James D. Sees, Jr. Norman was born in Paterson, NJ in December of 1946 and was raised in Haledon, NJ. He graduated from Manchester High School in Haledon. He served his country in the United States Army following high school. Norman then went on to graduate from William Paterson University. He worked for Schering-Plough Corp of Kenilworth, NJ, went on to work for Nabisco in East Hanover for many years and finally worked for Integrated Document Solutions in Fairfield, NJ. Norman was an avid sports fan and a dedicated supporter of the New York Giants. He was an exemplary member of the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials (IAABO) and served for nearly forty years as a high school basketball official throughout New Jersey. He was also a member of the N.J.S.I.A.A. where he served as a high school softball and soccer official. His funeral Mass and burial will be held privately.
