Devoted husband of Pat Condon. Beloved father of Nancy J. Carr (Chris), Kevin E. Condon (Amy), and Dennis J. Condon. Proud grandfather of Alexis, Courtney, Cora, and Lila. Ed was an Eagle Scout and a Knight of the 4th Degree with Holy Crusaders K of C Council #9193. He was a native of Philadelphia and at the age of 19 worked as a lifeguard on the beach in Wildwood, NJ, where he would meet the woman who would later become his dear wife and the mother of his children. They raised their family in Williamstown, NJ. A graduate of Rutgers University, Ed was a successful small business owner and involved in numerous real estate investments. Upon retirement, he worked as an aide for special needs students in the Gloucester Township Public Schools. Ed was a veteran of the United States Army Reserves and a faithful parishioner of Our Lady of Hope Parish / St. Agnes Church. Urn visitation will be Saturday, March 19, 2022, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Hope Parish / St. Agnes Church, 701 Little Gloucester Road, Blackwood, NJ 08012, where his Funeral Mass will begin at 11:30 AM. Attendees are asked to wear face masks at the service.
