Dorothy Hart-Welzel (nee Hale) of Blackwood, NJ, formerly a long-time resident of Deptford, NJ, passed away on March 7, 2020 at the age of 79 years. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Anton Welzel. Loving mother of Benjamin Hart (Lynn) and William Hart. Dear sister of Robert Hale, Lucille Robinson, Betty Jean Hale, and the late William Hale. She is also survived by her treasured friend, Jennie Phillips. Dorothy was full of life and loved to live it to the fullest. She enjoyed many beautiful years traveling with her husband. Dorothy loved God above all else and was a devoted Christian. Her faith in God strengthened her through all of life’s challenges. She loved sharing her faith with everyone she met. Dorothy also loved dogs and raised many throughout her years. Visitation and services for Mrs.Hart-Welzel have been postponed due to visitor restrictions at Elmwood Hills Healthcare Center.
