Davis G. Cheeseman, Jr., of Voorhees, NJ, passed away July 5, 2022 at the age of 75 years. Son of the late Davis G. Cheeseman, Sr. and the late Eva Cheeseman (nee Howard). Beloved father of Jennifer Storm (the late Matthew), Donna Cheeseman (Steve), and David Cheeseman. Proud grandfather of Jayson, Angelina, Jada, Devon, Aubree, and Grayson; great-grandfather of Kaeden. Dear brother of Robert Cheeseman (Debbie), Joyce Venizia, Linda Porter, Joe Cheeseman (Gloria), the late Betty Hinckle, and the late Jack Cheeseman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Davis, who was often affectionately referred to as “Sonny”, had a family farm that was his pride, joy, and passion. He truly enjoyed both the agricultural aspect of the farm and raising livestock. He liked to visit Cowtown and Harker’s Auction Co. He like to go fishing, crabbing, was a devout supporter of Philadelphia sports teams, and was a big fan of the early days of WWE professional wrestling. Davis served his country dutifully in the United States Army through two tours in Vietnam, ultimately being honored with a Purple Heart. Urn visitation will be Wednesday, July 13, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Earle Funeral Home, 122 W. Church Street, Blackwood, NJ 08012.
